My immersion into the world of specialty coffee began by managing 11 kg of coffee per day in Australia, from Monday to Friday. This experience not only acquainted me with each customer's preferences but also ignited my passion for coffee.

Back in Italy, my quest for knowledge led me to Fabio D'Aguanno at Chiribiri, Treviso's most prominent café. I competed in the coffee world with him and later delved into the art of roasting coffee with "Pura Vida."

My journey continued in Cana Pepa, Formentera, where, thanks to Alessandro Minelli, I not only learned to manage a café but also to create a second home. Ale, my mentor, instilled in me the importance of proper management.

After three seasons in Formentera, my curiosity led me to travel and learn more about coffee. In New York, I worked and participated in tastings at Blue Bottle. Later, in London, I served coffee from a champion barista roaster and took courses.

In 2014, I made the decision to go to Costa Rica to experience the cultivation and processing of coffee up close. It was a revealing moment that confirmed my desire to dedicate my life to working with this fruit.

This journey connected me with I AM COFFEE in New York, and after that experience, I decided to join their project. Thus, Roast Club Café was born—a fusion of passion, respect for coffee, and the desire to share the story behind each cup. - Iker Zagos

we opened our establishment in Eixample—a place where you can come with your friends, family, or even your dog. Feel free to drop by, say hello, and enjoy a cup of coffee, savor delicious food, and take home one or two bags of our coffee.

we took a step further and began roasting our own coffee, elevating our commitment to quality to a higher level.

we inaugurated our Coffee College in Tamarit, a space dedicated to delving deeper into the world of coffee. Here, we aim for each experience to be enriching, and as always, we invite you to be part of our exciting coffee journey!
