Most of us in the Speciality Coffee community started with a Barista background and we’ll show you the exhilarating experience behind the work of a Batista.
In this course you will learn the history of coffee, how it's prepared and gain knowledge into the preparation of your favourite beverages. This course will include a comprehensive guide to the culture of Speciality Coffee, its origins and the farms. We’ll take you step-by-step through using an Espresso Machine and the technical side of making a recipe for a coffee. We’ll finish the course with a base in milk preparation and show you have to create a delicious coffee at home.
By the time we’re done, you’ll be eager to start exploring coffee-making at home and have the knowledge to jump-start your journey as a Barista.
