WE HAVE 4 EXPERIENCES ON OFFER:

  • Coffees with sensory profiles that are designed for daily consumption. A coffee experience which is not too complex, but with body, juicy fruity notes, sweet and light acidity. Coffees that are easy to drink, every day, again and again.

  • This category is dedicated to coffee purists, for those who appreciate coffees for their varieties and origins. Usually clean coffees, generally washed but also, if a natural coffee is one of those naturals without over-fermentation, perfectly executed... there is room for them too, why not!

    Complex structures, acidity that leaves your mouth clean, one of those coffees that improves when they cool! Well, here it is… Spotless… the coffees that you can't criticize at all.

In the heart of Barcelona, we took our inspiration from our community and shared knowledge. 

These are master mixologists and master artisans, meticulous in their craft.

In this exploration we uncovered a common thread - craftsmanship.

  • This category was born to dismantle the ideas of the classic schemes. With these coffees, we’re looking for something in particular that cannot be appreciated every day, but specifically when you want to impress or to be impressed. A category of coffees, that it’s clear that they can meet your expectations when the word ‘funk’ is involved. Coffees with the rarest profiles and the most indefinite flavors that you can’t quite point to. But leave you more interested than before..

  • This category represents the top end of quality coffees that we want to explore and show in our craftsmanship. Coffees that are elegant and complex with many layers to appreciate. The ‘wave’ represents a higher echelon that we want to reach. A range of coffees that stand out from the crowd and really speak for themselves. Be prepared, it's a glorious ride.

    Honduras . Pedro Romero .

    Parainema . Honey

    Creating our latest ‘Funky’ we chose to partner the Natural process from Guatemala and the Honey process Parainema varietal from Honduras to create a creamy punchy coffee that gave us the sensation of sticky toffee with deep rich red fruits.

    The intense sweetness in this coffee comes from the Guatemalan, serving up complex notes of prominent red apple, ripe fruits, all mixed with its own tingly acidity. The Honey from Honduras complimented it perfectly, as this type of hybrid variety, Parainema, is a perfect compliment to fudge-like profiles. It gave the coffee added creamy texture and with its own intense notes of passion fruit, an extra layer of intense sweetness.

    The final espresso is divinely reminiscent of sticky toffee apples, with a further range of complex ripe fruits.

    The Lollp Pop is a trip down candy lane.

    The Red Catuai from Nicaraguan utilizes a natural process, but with a twist. After the cherries are processed they are placed to ferment for 72 hours in an anaerobic environment. The end result will have you licking your lips with sweet notes of stewed apple, currant and raspberry.

    Next, on its own the Ethiopian has an exceptional acidity but can be overpowering, with those intense fruity notes being under-appreciated. However, combined with the Red Catuai, we were able to marry the fruity qualities from both coffees, creating a deliciously plummy delight, with a well balanced acidity that adds lingering floral notes.

    We created something funky, but delicate, so that you can enjoy a sugary sensation that takes you back to those endless memories of Lollipop surprises.
